Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

Olive Media Agency respects the privacy of our users and clients. This Privacy Policy explains how Olive Reporting, an internal reporting application operated by Olive Media Agency, collects, accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.

Olive Reporting is designed for authorized Olive Media Agency personnel and contractors to access marketing performance data, consolidate reporting information, review account performance, and generate reports for businesses that have authorized Olive Media Agency to manage or access their marketing accounts.

By using Olive Reporting or authorizing Olive Reporting to access your Google account, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

About Olive Reporting

Olive Reporting is an internal marketing reporting platform developed and operated by Olive Media Agency.

The application may connect to Google services and other marketing platforms in order to retrieve performance information for accounts that Olive Media Agency is authorized to access.

Olive Reporting is primarily used to consolidate data from advertising, analytics, organic search, local search, and related marketing sources into a centralized reporting environment.

Information We Collect and Access

Olive Reporting may collect or access information that you provide directly to us as well as information made available through authorized third-party services.

When a user connects a Google account to Olive Reporting, the application may access Google user data associated with accounts and properties the authenticated Google user has permission to access.

Depending on the services connected and permissions granted, this may include:

  • Google account identification information necessary to authenticate the user
  • Google Ads account and customer identifiers
  • Google Ads campaign, ad group, keyword, conversion, impression, click, cost, budget, and performance data
  • Google Analytics accounts, properties, traffic, acquisition, engagement, conversion, event, landing-page, device, geographic, and related analytics data
  • Google Search Console properties, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions, devices, countries, and related search-performance data
  • Google Business Profile accounts and locations, profile performance metrics, search impressions, calls, website interactions, directions, search terms, and other Business Profile performance information made available through Google APIs
  • Local Services Ads account and reporting information when available through authorized Google services
  • Account, property, location, and customer identifiers used to associate a Google resource with the appropriate Olive Media Agency client
  • Reporting settings, report history, client mappings, and configuration information created within Olive Reporting

Olive Reporting only accesses Google resources that the authenticated Google account is authorized to access.

How We Use Information

We use information accessed through Olive Reporting only for legitimate marketing management, reporting, analysis, quality assurance, and related business purposes.

Google user data may be used to retrieve marketing performance information, associate accounts and properties with the appropriate client, calculate and display performance metrics, identify trends, compare reporting periods, generate client reports, maintain reporting history, troubleshoot account connections, and support marketing analysis performed by authorized Olive Media Agency personnel.

Google Ads access is intended primarily for reporting and analysis. Olive Reporting is not currently designed to create, modify, pause, delete, or otherwise manage Google Ads campaigns, advertisements, bids, budgets, billing settings, keywords, or account permissions through the Google Ads API.

We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising purposes.

We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.

We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google API Services

Olive Reporting may use Google APIs, including services associated with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and other Google services necessary to provide reporting functionality.

Olive Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google API access is requested only when necessary to provide features within Olive Reporting. We strive to request the minimum permissions necessary for the application’s intended reporting functionality.

Google OAuth permissions may include read-only access where such access is sufficient for the reporting feature being provided.

How We Store Information

Olive Reporting may store client configuration information, Google account or property identifiers, report history, selected reporting data, and other information necessary to operate the application and maintain historical reporting.

Authentication credentials, OAuth tokens, and other sensitive credentials are handled through secure application infrastructure and authorized service providers used to operate Olive Reporting.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Retain Information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Olive Reporting, maintain reporting history, fulfill our obligations to clients, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Google account or property mappings may be retained while the associated client account remains active within Olive Reporting.

Where practical, information that is no longer required for these purposes may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.

How We Share Information

Olive Media Agency does not sell Google user data or personal information obtained through Olive Reporting.

We do not share Google user data with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers that assist us in hosting, securing, maintaining, or operating Olive Reporting. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are expected to protect information appropriately.

Olive Reporting currently uses technology and infrastructure provided by third-party service providers, including Base44, to host and operate portions of the application.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulation, court order, governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Olive Media Agency, our clients, our users, or others.

If Olive Media Agency is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

Internal Access

Olive Reporting is intended primarily for authorized Olive Media Agency employees and contractors.

Access to marketing account information is limited to individuals who require that information to perform reporting, account management, analysis, technical support, or related responsibilities.

Access to a Google property through Olive Reporting does not create new access to that property. The connected Google account must already have permission to access the corresponding Google resource.

Client Data

Olive Media Agency may process advertising, analytics, search, and Business Profile information on behalf of its clients.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that Olive Media Agency is authorized to access and process information associated with their marketing accounts.

Data accessed for one client is intended to be associated only with that client’s reporting environment and authorized Olive Media Agency personnel.

Revoking Google Access

Users may revoke Olive Reporting’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Revoking access may prevent Olive Reporting from retrieving new information from the affected Google services.

Users may also contact Olive Media Agency to request that a Google connection be disconnected from Olive Reporting.

Revoking access does not necessarily require immediate deletion of historical reports or information that Olive Media Agency is legally or contractually permitted to retain.

Data Deletion Requests

Users or authorized clients may request deletion of information associated with Olive Reporting by contacting us at:

mike@olivemedia.agency

We will review legitimate deletion requests and remove applicable information where required or reasonably appropriate, subject to contractual, legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and record-retention obligations.

Third-Party Services

Olive Reporting may contain connections to or rely on services provided by third parties.

Those third parties operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Our use of Google APIs is subject to applicable Google terms and policies. A user’s direct relationship with Google is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms.

Olive Media Agency is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

Cookies and Authentication

Olive Reporting may use cookies, authentication tokens, local storage, or similar technologies necessary to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, remember application settings, prevent unauthorized access, and operate application functionality.

We do not use these technologies within Olive Reporting to sell user information or create unrelated third-party advertising profiles.

Children’s Privacy

Olive Reporting is a business application and is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Olive Reporting.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about how your data is processed.

To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact us at mike@olivemedia.agency.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing certain requests.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Olive Reporting evolves, additional integrations are introduced, legal requirements change, or our data practices change.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects how Olive Reporting uses Google user data, we will update our disclosures accordingly.
