Effective Date: August 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Olive Reporting, an internal reporting application operated by Olive Media Agency.
By accessing or using Olive Reporting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
Olive Reporting is a marketing reporting platform developed and operated by Olive Media Agency.
The application is designed primarily for authorized Olive Media Agency personnel and contractors to access, organize, analyze, and report on marketing performance data for clients that have authorized Olive Media Agency to access their advertising, analytics, search, local search, or related marketing accounts.
Olive Reporting may connect to services provided by Google and other third-party platforms.
Olive Reporting is intended for business use.
Access is limited to users authorized by Olive Media Agency.
You may use Olive Reporting only for legitimate business purposes related to marketing reporting, analysis, client account review, quality assurance, and related agency operations.
You may not use Olive Reporting in violation of applicable laws, regulations, third-party platform policies, or these Terms.
Users may be required to authenticate before accessing Olive Reporting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You may not share credentials with unauthorized individuals or attempt to access accounts, data, properties, or features for which you do not have permission.
Olive Media Agency may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Olive Reporting at any time when reasonably necessary for security, operational, contractual, or compliance purposes.
Olive Reporting may allow authorized users to connect a Google account in order to access marketing information from services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and other authorized Google services.
By connecting a Google account, you confirm that:
Connecting a Google account does not grant Olive Reporting access to Google resources that the authenticated user is not otherwise permitted to access.
Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google account security settings.
Olive Reporting may use Google APIs to retrieve and process marketing performance data.
Use of information received from Google APIs is subject to applicable Google terms and policies.
Olive Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Google may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API functionality at any time. Olive Media Agency is not responsible for outages, limitations, data delays, API changes, or access restrictions imposed by Google.
Olive Reporting may access Google Ads data for reporting and analysis.
The application’s current intended use of the Google Ads API is primarily read-only reporting.
Olive Reporting may retrieve information such as account data, campaign data, advertising performance metrics, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, keywords, ad groups, campaign types, and related information available through authorized Google Ads accounts.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Olive Reporting is not intended to create, edit, pause, delete, or otherwise modify campaigns, advertisements, keywords, bids, budgets, billing settings, or account permissions.
Olive Media Agency may access marketing accounts on behalf of its clients.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to grant Olive Media Agency access to their accounts and marketing information.
Users may not connect or map third-party accounts to Olive Reporting without appropriate authorization.
Olive Media Agency reserves the right to remove any connection or data mapping where authorization cannot be verified.
Olive Reporting relies on information supplied by third-party platforms.
While we make reasonable efforts to present information accurately, Olive Media Agency does not guarantee that reporting data will always be complete, current, error-free, or identical to information displayed directly inside a third-party platform.
Differences may occur because of attribution models, processing delays, API limitations, time-zone differences, rounding, data retention rules, reporting windows, platform updates, or other technical factors.
Users should verify important advertising, financial, billing, or business decisions against the underlying source platform when appropriate.
Reports, dashboards, summaries, and analysis produced through Olive Reporting are provided for business and marketing purposes.
They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Marketing performance may change over time, and prior results do not guarantee future performance.
